I don't know about a list, but bombers in general do really bad around here, especially anything more than a few months old. I routinely find stuff at least a year old. I guess most people probably don't even look at the bomber selection too closely because they think it isn't worth the price per ounce (and most of the time, it's not, but some stuff is only available as a bomber :slight_frown:). And if they do look, they think it's expired so they just pass over it. I've seen Abyss and Mirror Mirror both as far back as 2014 on the shelves, but they're always out of my price range. But yeah, anytime I want a bomber of something distributed to this area, I can pretty much find one somewhere.

A lot of Founders stuff seems to be shelf turds too, and I like nearly all their beers. Their seasonal releases are pretty much year round beers at this point.

One local shop has 7 cases of 2013 Bigfoot on the floor! Hardly a shelf turd. Ages wonderfully! Compared it to a 2016 Bigfoot....night and day! Both great, but the aged one was like something I have never experienced with a SN beer!

Let's see if I can think of ten....

    Prairie Bomb
    Founder's Breakfast Stout
    Ten Fidy
    Rochefort 8
    Rochefort 10
    Expedition Stout

Suppose you could throw in some Sierra Nevada and Deutsches offerings at the end. I guess most of those are shelf turds. I think the only reason they are on the shelves longer is due to their price tag. $15 a 4 pack is hard to swallow even as a self-proclaimed beer nerd, let alone your average beer fan (thinking of Ten Fidy).

....so I was at the Costco in El Paso last week...they had Brother Thelonious for $6.99 and cases or Alaskan IPA for $24.99...prolly shelf turds on the west coast but in Myrtle Beach they are rareties! My point is one mans shelf turd is another mans treasure!

Its $18 here for a 4 pack of Ten Fidy, while a 4 pack of Old Rasputin is still $8.99. No brainer there.

rodenbach grand cru is the specs import of the month down here apparently, so I grabbed a couple 4 packs over the weekend after having not picked one up in ages. really made me wonder why not as I enjoyed the hell out of the couple I drank so far. obviously that's the first to come to mind. so in no order, and without any reasonable amount of thought to this:

    rodenbach grand cru
    val dieu tripel
    clown shoes chocolate sombrero
    if fbs counts, then yes
    rochefort 10
    storm king
    victory at sea
bomb has officially become a shelf turd here
hop hunter/torpedo (cant settle on one)
    matilda

tried to exclude local offerings, but live oak hefe, 8th wonder rocket fuel, lone pint yellow rose, and st arnolds endeavour would all replace some on this list if I didn't. also noticed I drink very few non local hoppy offerings these days outside of those with great qc like sierra nevada, stone, lagunitas, etc. and even then I heavily favor the locals

Always available. I never have a problem getting these. All good beers.
Goose island Sofie just endlessly sits. All their belgians do, so do all Clown Shoes and Stone bombers. 99% of the bomber section has sat there for seriously a couple years. The Bruery, Ommegang special releases, Sam Smith's, Avery bombers, brainless belgians. Its a shame. I enjoy bombers but i wont be the one getting the two years old Port DIPAs. You must really know how things age or youll have a bad time. Plus side, all the dark beers that have sat are probably excellent. Love Child #6, Tank 7, Smoke Stack series from Boulevard. So many sought after beers, i wonder what's done with them after all those years.

Theres a god dam 2014 Barrel Aged Bigfoot like 10 of them just sitting there. I stare at it every time.
