Tullamore Dew barrel-aged Guinness; maybe even Jameson barrel-aged Guinness. 100's of years of being within a few counties from each other and it hasn't happened yet? Would LOVE to try one of these in Ireland, where the Guinness is extraordinary!

Sounds kinda weird but I'd like to see an oak-aged lager beer. Doesn't need to be a booze barrel, I just want some soft undertones of oak with a nice crispy lager.

This actually is a thing and id love to taste it! From the FW site:

"This Russian imperial oatmeal stout is aged for a full year in a blend of bourbon barrels from Elijah Craig, Four Roses, Pappy Van Winkle, Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace"

They have thrown single barrel versions (usually aged much longer than a year) of DDBA and some others on draft before at barrelworks so maybe someday... I can be hopeful!
