Its on their release calendar for December.

 

Same, I have had 2 Straight Jackets, a Bean Gene and a Deths Tar this year and they have all been just fine.

2014 Very Mad Cow and Bean Gene had some issues. I had a Very Mad Cow that was messed up. Needless to say, I won't bother with Rev until they have proven they have their shit together.

 

Still available at Binny's Grand. Was in there 20 min ago. Not on the shelves though

 

What Bryan71 said. I had a '15 Bean Gene that was soured as well. I hadn't bought any other BA offerings after that one, but sounds like they fixed the issue.

 

Likewise, it's still at Lakeview as of 12:45pm.

 

Posted this thread and some people chimed in and have not reported any current issues. Also had a 2014 Deth's Tar and it was aging well and tasting great, to me anyway as taste can be subjective.

Not trying to be a dick but I would be more worried about some of the bottles in your Avatar than current Revolution offerings.

Yeah. I was mainly being tongue and cheek. I'm the last person to scream *infection*, as usually that's not the case. But they definitely had bottling issues and admitted as much. I'm sure its been fixed. Won't stop me from going as I live down the street. Hence the need to not buy bombers.

 

It's been a little hit/miss w/ the Bean Gene for me. one botttle was fine, the other was sour.

Def looking forward to Cafe Deth and hope no issues. Fingers crossed.

 

Called both Binnys in Des Plaines and Schaumburg this morning and they said it was supposed to be delivered today. Called again just now to see if they got their delivery and everything has sold out....

 

Weird. Glen Ellyn / Downers Grove / Oakbrook did not get it today as of about an hour ago.

 

I didn't think that the burbs were getting it today, but clearly some did.

 

Not sure how you contacted them but would not be surprised because of the limited availability that they are telling anyone who calls by phone that it's not in yet.

 

Nah, I stopped in OB, know a guy who works at Downers and called Glen Ellyn. Also stopped in Sal's and Whole Foods Elmhurst who has a killer selection and they did not get theirs today either.
