    It goes all the way back to the New Testament... but through translations some words were lost and badly translated. Jesus (Yezus or Yeast) touched the (sugar) water and turned it into wine (in a few short weeks).

    King Sue is a 2 week turnaround. Last batch brewed 2/5 and released on 2/19.

    My family is traveling to Iowa next month and we are thinking about stopping at TG in Decorah. Does the brewery always have cans/bottles available for sale? How likely is it to find something at the brewery that you can't find at a liquor/retail store?

    There's always bottles or cans at the brewery. While you don't always get stuff you can't find elsewhere, you always get it fresh (for Decorah brewed).

    Made my first visit to Decorah last week. Simply a beautiful area. Seeing the eagles by the fish hatchery was worth the drive itself tbqh. TG is a great spot and the staff were awesome. I could drink PseudoSue on draft all day. I highly recommend stopping by. On a slight tangent, if you get a chance, pick up some of the Vanilla Bean ice cream at WW Homestead Dairy in nearby Waukon. Delcious. And thanks to @Bobandy for the Impact Coffee recommendation upthread. Got the Black Eye Oblivion nitro cold brew and it hit the spot for the drive home. Cheers!

    3/29 Pompeii still tasting crazy great tonight. Blows the batch that came around the time of last round of Xhops Gold out of the water.

    Found Golden Nugget on tap last night at Short's. Was nice finding it that wasn't brewed in November, as those are still the only cans I have seen around.
