Beginning with this event and going forward, we are adopting a new policy that any one person can only order a maximum of 2 BRC drafts at one time and they must be different. For example, you can order one MBP and one K13, but not two MBP.

 

Any idea if there will be a line inside at the bar this time?

i just popped my growler of Super Galaxy Sasquatch and that shit is da bomb again 3 days later! these juicy ipas that are on this level have me chugging them and i now understand why the NEIPA is a thing that those who are doing it right cant keep up with it! can every brewery in pittsburgh start to please make this as a style of beer so everywhere we go people can soak it up! cheers and thanks

 

Can you bring outside growlers to be filled or do they only fill their own?

 

They said outside growlers are fine when I was there. Be advised they sell 32oz swingtop and 64 oz, and only have prices for those 2 sizes. For example, they're willing to fill a 750, but it will be at the 32oz price. They don't have a +/- a dollar to make up the ~8oz difference *cough cough BG*
And maybe one or 2 beers are not available for 64oz

 

Yep. Charged me 32 Oz price for my 25 Oz BG fill. First world problems ...

 

i had my bg growler with me but after realization that it was a 750ml i filled my other growler and waited til bg to fill the shorty.....the super galaxy sasquatch is 32oz fills only* i cant remember seeing if certain beers bg only offered in 750 fills but i think all were available in 64

This thread is so easy now. I can miss 3 days and be caught up in under 5 minutes. I missed 6 hours elsewhere and had 14 pages to catch up on.

 

I drank an All Saints St Josef pilsner last night. Liked it.

 

They make some good Pilsners.

 

So sunday at Rivertowne North Shore Meet the brewers event is always a good one. Past 3 years i would say 90% of brewers in Pittsburgh show up for this event and it showcases 25ish(how ever many taps rt has) of all local beer and some of the collaborations. Typically a bunch of one off styles showcased by the brewers for this event......

 

Sounds pretty cool. Looking into it a bit and there is a $20 unlimited taster glass that they are selling on a first come basis.

 

20$ unlimited tasting should be a sweet deal! i bet there will be at least half the collabs there and other cool stuff from around town!

 

What time are people getting to Voodoo tomorrow? How long will the kegs last?

 

I'm out of town but if you want to try the big three that are on I'd legit say to get there around 9-10 but that's a guess. Could be before or after. They're sixtels I believe?
