2016 National Homebrew Competition Winners

    As the results for the first round of the AHA National Homebrew Competition start to fill in, just wanted to know if any of you have placed in the first round of the competition? If so, could you tell us your name, where you are from, and what category/ style of beer you brewed? It would be nice to put some names to faces on here. Cheers!

    This year I had my best luck in the first round, with 5/5 going onto mini-BOS and scores ranging from 38-44. I had a Dark English Mild and a Milk Stout go on to the second round (both 3rd places), and am a member of the Yeastside Brewer's in CA. Not holding my breath on second round luck as I'm currently 0/4 in second round medals.

    Nicely done! Which region did you enter? Good luck in Finals. Those are some really high scores
