I'm sure it'll get sorted out...but what a weird coincidence.

When it comes to how much to bring, I look at it this way. How many bombers + guest taps can I drink in a day? If everyone brings way more than they can drink, there's gonna be a ton of unopened bottles leaving or opened and wasted beer left behind.

I can't see bringing in more than 5 bombers. If I drank 5 bombers plus say 5 guest taps (assuming the vast majority will be high ABV) someone will have to carry me out.

4 bombers and 1 can for me. I agree with you. So much good stuff on tap and bottles you'll share later in the day, you don't wanna be the guy who is faded when the gates open.

Man you know what I have been pondering about this for the past couple of days. Between the bottles that I am bringing for trading, plus the initial list of brews that I was going to bring I think its going to be more of a hassle to carry so much weight that I will not get to enjoy the guest taps. I think I may trim down my list to contain 3 great brews (Pugachev Cobra, MBCP, and a 2015 rare) which that may hold me up until the gates open so I can do the guest taps instead. If I get the itch to join more bottle shares after that I may just open one of my DLs and share it .

DLD ticket still hasn't arrived. Check the USPS tracking # and it's been sitting in FL or "out for delivery" (I live in MN) for 2 weeks. Anyone know who to contact at FFF/Etix or what i can do besides open an "investigation" with USPS?!

Go to etix website and find their contact information???? It would've been quicker to do that than to come to a different website and ask a bunch of other people about how to contact them.

Contact etix. I emailed them about no group listed on the confirmation and they responded in less than 10 minutes.

Thanks croush. I'm doing that as well but no one is answering the phone at FFF. Was hoping someone had a similar story and solution they could share.

Yeah, the voucher thing adds a new dynamic this year certainly. I'm not a huge fan of having people pre-purchase $40 of vouchers especially since so many people will have been and are sharing additionally. Even if you figure 2 meals at @ 10 a piece that still leaves 3-4 draft pours to get full value (ballpark estimate) of your vouchers. I'm sure many people will not care if they spend their vouchers (or in a condition to know either way perhaps ) but something for others to consider when planning on how much to bring.

I have been planning on bringing around 6 bombers, with the hopes of sharing more than drinking. I have way too much beer now and a large share such as this is what I'm hoping for to help drink a bit of it down and share even more. I definitely plan to take full advantage of the vouchers, though. I'm not sure if my buddy has quite the amount of beer inventory to bring as much to DLD, so I may supplement for him since we end up drinking a lot of beers together anyway.
