Founder's Breakfast Stout

Two reliable stores telling me the earliest is probably late next week in KC.

 

Meijers usually doesn't have breakfast stout? its not that limited, I cant remember form last year honestly, I was in the process of moving and buying a house so craft beer was low on the list.

The meijers I go to seems the get a decent selection of craft beers though...at least Michigan ones.


Anyway I made a couple stops last night and didn't find any. I'm betting we here in Michigan wont see any until the stores get their Founders shipment for the week. Which is kind of a shame because from what I've been reading its been available in some other markets for some time now.....

 

It definitely landed at some places in Michigan yesterday, but that might just be stores that normally get shipments on Tuesday. I still need to pick some up, but hopefully I'll be enjoying my first FBS of the year this evening

 

I wish I could. Maybe Ill make a few calls and see if anyone got their shipment.

 

You know you got fresh FBS when your pee smells like coffee the next morning

 

I got an email from Champagnes saying they had it, with a 2 six pack limit even lol, so its hitting around here.

 

its in illinois and in 4 packs, no limits at my shop

 

By the end of this week it will be all over everywhere, gotta love FBS just for the pure joy of having one of the country's best stouts and not having to resort to desperate measures to get some.

 

Too bad, b/c St. Louis is selling it today. I was hoping for tomorrow then

 

Indeed. It is pretty amazing having a top 100 beer that's so easily available. I think sometimes people get lost in the shuffle while falling all over the place trying to get ones that are much harder to get.....

 

So I'm brand new to this whole thing... anybody know where I can get this in central PA?

I've always been partial to craft beers; however, it is only recently that I have sought out to try the best-of-the-best. I hope to get some help along the way from BA members!

I'm so glad it's here , Picked up a couple of four packs and doubt they will last till the weekend..

 

I'm looking forward to getting my fix pretty soon. Gonna look around this weekend for it, and hope I can find some. I walked past it all day, everyday last year and love how you don't have to really 'seek' it out.

 

Ohio is loaded, just picked up a case. Has it always been $11.99 a 4 pack?
