Really excited for Brett Loves Mosaic, yum. Hope they have mad bottles set aside for tasting because I'm going back for seconds... and thirds

Thank you for the insight everyone. I assumed as much, most sour breweries and blenderies say its ready when its ready for mixed culture stuff. And I'll respect that, would rather not try it all then have it before its up to Troy's standards. First in line if he needs a taste tester for plum cut though

If only... I would have bought any and all bottles he made available of this beer. Sleeper Series champion and only $6 per pour...

Same here! Regardless of the carbonation, that Bing Cut is in my top-3 favorite Cuts for sure.

There are several cases of Saison at Mile High now, for anyone interested (bottled 3/10/16).

Saw it for $20 at Base Camp in Frisco... The markup is pretty obvious when it's so sparsely distributed. Troy should crack the whip on these fools

Mile High has Commodore for $9.99, so I wouldn't complain too much.

    Resort pricing, yo.

But yeah, isn't the Saison going for $15/bottle at the brewery?

Yeah. I also think Mr B's has the Saison for $17-18 when they had it for sale around GABF

15 bucks + 5 hours in the car and 30 bucks in gas.

To be fair, Frisco is a few hours in the car...and you don't have to buy tickets to buy at Mile High/Basecamp/etc.

Does Saison ever make it to shelves in Denver? I thought I remember hearing it did. Gonna be around next weekend and looking to grab one.
