Downtown, so I regularly check Total Wine, Spec's, CM, WFM, and The Bottle Shop.

Sounds tasty. It actually ages quite well.

I thought you had to be downtown or east Dallas. Just curious.

OMG aged beer, let's grab some. On the other hand, haven't seen any new batches come through DFW yet.

FYI... there's 2 6-packs at Sunrise Mini Mart right now but you need to ask the cashier nicely.

We got to talking and he said that their shipments of this particular brew are down from 15 cases a week last year to 1 case a week (if that) this year.

Saw some at Spec's Arbor Walk yesterday. No idea how much was there.

Still haven't seen any bottles in Dallas, but the Lakewood Whole Foods has it on tap right now. Got a 32oz growler fill for $6...think the 64oz was around $10.

I was at Total Wine & More and Spec's Dallas today, neither had it yet. Any sightings of bottles in DFW?

Thats a question that can't be answered with either a yes or no, along the lines of "are you still beating your wife?"

Look I quit beating her this week, ok. Did the beer suck or not?

You don't appreciate my sarcasm? :stuck_out_tongue: Did it suck last year? I've never had it.

I fully appreciate all sarcasm, wise-assery, and general tom-foolery. Makes this whole thing more fun. But now I'm really interested in knowing if this beer has sucked in the past, and if so why, because if so I'll wait on trying it.

I didn't try it last year, because Texas gets shitty beers only. :stuck_out_tongue:

It's the same as last year... If you like Sumpin' Sumpin', it's an amped up version of that. I think it's a very refreshing and easy to drink beer and a unique style between a Belgian Strong Ale and IPA.
