Official wording is "2nd week of May" for Gosé.

This is what I'm thinking too. Why have a release on mothers day?

5/15 for Gose confirmed on instagram comment reply from HH. I forgot about the holiday... my mom is gonna smack me.

Looks like Sloppy Seconds are here to stay. Brewpub FAQ has been updated with this notice. ^^^

Damn...Koffury looks to be a brewpub release next Thursday. So much for that. Looks like one four pack per person no time stated.

^ looks like it is going to be both a brewpub and a Marengo release per the Instagram post.

Sounds good to me. If you mule you only get 2 four packs instead of a case. More people looking to it (e.g. Me) get to try it.

Where did you see that? I had been looking at comments as well must have missed it.

Just found it. Looks like 5/1 for Koffury and 5/15 for Rose Gose both at Marengo. They said 4/28 is a mini release. So Gose will be out same day as the cinnamon toast crunch stout apparently. Good excuse to hit both.

Mother's Day? What about Dark Lord Day?! That's the real tragedy :stuck_out_tongue:

Unless they make a very large amount looks like I'll be missing out on the collab. Wonder if the brewery limits will be the same as always.

Same here. We are traveling back to Youngstown, so it *might* be on the way if we try.

5/15 for Gosé is now doubtful. IG post says that the 5/15 French Toast Stout is going to happen, but Gosé date may move... They don't plan on having both the same day.

I was under the impression that they were both being released on the 15th but separate locations (Gose at Marengo, Stout at brewpub). This would actually be somewhat convenient because you could make the trip to the brewpub for brunch and then just grab your cans on the way home (for those coming from CLE).

If what I heard is true, the brewpub is not doing so hot business wise. Can be really, really slow there when other places around the corner are very busy. I bet the reason for doing releases there now is to draw more business at the location.

I noticed that, it's very weird how folks down their choose to support businesses, since I have to assume they're aware of the brewpub.

Walking down the street there is restaurant after restaurant packed inside and out on the patio for brunch. This in itself is surprising to me because it doesn't seem like part of our culture in the Northern areas, being only 2 hours away. One of those mornings before a can release we opted for a Wolf's Ridge brunch instead of Hoof, and being unfamiliar, we were met with the "do you have reservations?" lol luckily there were spots at the bar.

Conversely, we hit up Hoof the week it opened, and numerous times since. Every time we did I was worried it would be difficult to get a seat, but throughout our entire visit, there were at least 25 open tables, never a wait. It's kind of weird, considering their food was surprisingly well made, unique and tasty.

I'm sure I'll get backlash for this, but this is probably where the name "Hoof Hearted" is hurting them. That sounds simple, but to the non-dork like us, do think people are going to blindly choose a place called Hoof Hearted...to eat?

I've had the poutine twice and both time the fries were severely undercooked. I still swing by for the beer but take care of the eating somewhere else before.

Switch it up. I've had the tacos, salads, nachos, donuts, etc, all were really varied and hit a lot of notes, well prepared and delicious. Albeit they can be a bit more adventurous than the norm, but anyone regularly drinking HHB is already challenging their palate. I really want to try their dinners but I'm not usually in town that late.
