it IS a saison, not a wild and it IS white peaches, so i feel like those couple variables might make it more subtle. did you have it from the bottle or on draft?

also, the share was awesome! dont think they will do more than 1 a year or so due to liability of how easy it is to drink too much. look forward to the next one.

it is a WILD saison, don't know if that means anything...I have already heard it is much better from the bottle...

From the bottle. And yeah, I wasn't expecting a sour bomb, but given that (unripe) peaches can tart, I wouldn't have been surprised to get at least a little tartness (aside from whatever it was inoculated with). And yeah, the share was great.

Not breakfast, but for lunch I HIGHLY recommend Industrial Eats in Buellton. It's on the same street as Fig Mtn and it has some of the best artisan sandwiches and pizzas.

Picked up my bottles yesterday. Had Champs and Peachy on draft. Both were fantastic but I actually enjoyed Peachy Bones a little more. After reading a couple of posts here I was expecting less but I was definitely happy with the amount of peach that I could taste.

Picked up my bottles yesterday. Came by again today to try them on tap. Both were great, slight preference to champ.
    Rounded the night with parabola!

We didn't leave early like I planned, so no breakfast. I wanted to stop at Lincoln market in SLO, but they were closed by 6pm!

Anyone know if any of the Peach or Strawberry are for sale now that the initial release event passed? Any other sours for sale in Buellton? A friend is passing by and offered to stop and it is too early to call them. Thanks!

Peach & Strawberry sold out online. Though they may still have it on tap.

On my last trip I saw 1 Sour, Agrestic.

It's not just one weekend. You have from Aug. 20 to Sep. 25 to pick them up. I do wish we had the option to choose to pick up in Paso Robles or Venice, though, especially when there isn't any associated event. But I understand them not wanting to take on the logistics of splitting the orders up that way.

Id say right around Halloween. It's gonna more than likely be a new batch of an already released beer (I'm thinking el gourdo) and then another new beer batch 1. Would be cool if they did orange and black for the two beer labels!
