The description of StOner on this site is that it was their 1 year anniversary beer, so I think we've solved this mystery.

 

The Parageusia Bar is coming back! Beginning at 2:00pm, we will open the Parageusia Bar 2.0 in the brewery. Christian Zellersfield's terrestrial representative, Christian, will be on hand to host guests, two at a time, at his custom-made Para bar. Christian will be pouring glasses of Parageusia6 and Parageusia7. To access the Para Bar, you will have to leave the restaurant and go down to the Brewer's entrance. NO BEER IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE. Once you arrive at the Brewer's entrance, you will be able to purchase up to two tickets per visit. One ticket is $15 and gets you a specialized Parageusia glass, the corresponding Parageusia pour, and exclusive access for up to two people to the Para Bar (for up to 5 minutes)

Thought he went back to the future or whatever.

I am really hoping that to get the believers email so I can get bottles of para - it is going to be a real pain to leave come back in etc, plus we haven't seen bottles in a long time....

I am debating going up this Sunday. Is it going to be a line from hell just to get into the Fermentaria?

You're looking at a can line, a bar line, and a Para line. Gonna need multiple mules.

 

You should go for the experience. Whatever happens, look for the good in it, relax, enjoy, make some friends, get whatever you can out of it, learn, and decide whether or not you should go again. I think everyone's personal expectation, time, measure of worth vs. effort invested are different so you can pick the best experience or the worst to compare or have an experience of your own. People seem to take everything so seriously.

As for the lines: 11AM for cans, 12pm for the Ferm, 2pm for the Para Bar. Plan to get into whichever line or all whenever according to what you want to do most.

As much as people complain about the charade, as absurd, time wasting, awkward, etc. as it is, people will still line up for the pours. No one forces anyone to pay $15, wait in long line, and deal with the awkwardness, but always bet that there will be a long wait for those Para pours.

 

If that is true that is some pure BS. They have no excuse for making members jump through all the hoops to get bottles.... Really not happy about this one.

 

What bottles? They're not releasing any bottles at the Anniversary. My guess is that they will bottle Para6 and Para7 and will allow members to reserve at a later time. With all the madness that they have to deal with to celebrate the anniversary, it's unreasonable to ask them to handle a bottle release on the same day as well.

 

Maybe I misread, thought they were selling bottles of para6/7 looks like it is only pours.... So there is still a chance. Not worried about the shambolic, since might be the same batch we were already able to purchase bottles from. Sorry rant over.

Ahhh...yeah, they'll have the Para out of kegs for sure the same way they did Para1 and Para2 for the Anniversary at the BrewCafe. Not until several months later that Para1 and 2 bottles were released.

Its def going to be interesting seeing how the canning line and ferm line will intersect and mingle. The 1hr difference should help slightly right?
