After I posted without reading I remembered that was the deal with early para releases.

Not totally looking forward to standing in lines on Sunday - but from the sounds of it, should be a good time. Going with some friends and plan on enjoying the day, lines and all.

You should coordinate with @mythaeus here since he is a 'connected' man; he already has one beer where he was able to 'influence' the naming of a Tired Hands beer.

    Cheers!

Wasn't going to go on sunday since I have a final on tuesday, but I don't think I can hold back. Going to get there at 12 and hope the fermentaria isn't a complete shit show by then. I just want bottles of ourison and the new glassware. Then I can leave.

Since I can't make it there early, I'm planning on being there at 1PM. Personally, I think between the 1 hour lapse between can release and Ferm opening, the majority of the people in line for cans will be adding on to people already lined up before or at 11 for the Ferm. Getting there at 12 is probably the worst time. Either get there at 11 and get in the Ferm line when it's still short or get there at 1pm, when people will probably have their fills in the Ferm and will be leaving for to stand in the Para Bar line and opening up room. You can then decide whether to try for the Ferm or the Para Bar.

Hahaha...I meant to emphasize IF you can't get there much earlier. If you had to be late, 1pm is probably more ideal.

Sounds like a lot of conjecture :stuck_out_tongue:. Ill take it under advisement.

I'm actually thinking about trying to get some cans, and then not showing up again until much later in the afternoon. I'll probably miss some of the most exciting beers (hopefully not freedome from the known), but I'm sure they's going to have great beer on tap all day.

Looking to make the can release, but I'd have to drive all the way from South Jersey. Anyone think getting in line at around 9:45 would be too late?

After consulting my experts, this seems logical. Ill probably show up at 11, the only thing at risk is a few points on my final on tuesday. I'll survive.

There will be a separate merch/ bottle line so you should be alright.

The amount of hypothetical questions in this thread is absurd. What time should I get there? Will I get cans? How will the line be at this time and that? If someon does the para bar that guy may have the answers to everything.

2pm para thing... can process 2 people per 5 mins... 60/5 = 12... 12x2 people = 24 people per hour... just letting you fine folks know what you can expect if you get in that line and are 100 deep
