That's the equivalent of doing the "century club" and drinking 1oz of shitty BMC beer every 60 seconds for 100 mins. You'll be fine the first 45-60 mins then your body starts feeling it. I guess you can take that 1oz of high abv BA beer every 3.4 mins as a challenge, but that doesn't sound enjoyable at all especially since this is supposed to be a craft beer event where you savor and enjoy the beer you're drinking. You shouldn't have to "do the math" as you put it, when it comes to how many oz of beer/minute you have to consume at a craft beer event. You can try and justify this shit all you want but you're in complete denial.

Yet the potential BAC is around .20-.25 of you drink everything available...because it's a TWO HOUR window.

18th just tweeted that both sessions have sold out, and that everyone who purchased a ticket can buy a bottle of the BA Cognac Bitch's Bank.

Last time I checked it was still around 100 people for session 2 with 195 for session 1. Doubt they sold out that second session.

They are just a bunch of liars, aren't they? No way they sold 90 tickets today.

Doubt they sold out for session 2. The event would just appear lame if tickets were still available. I mean who really would've purchased them with a week left that hasn't already? Not many at all. I really wish I skipped out on the event I still don't understand how or why BA Cognac Bank is $45. Veritas, BA DL, Derivation pricing!

Somehow cognac bitches bank went from "limited quantities" to "everyone can buy one!" the same day it "sold out"

Perhaps someone bought 99 tickets to get to drink 7 x 99= 693 5oz pours in two hours (or 1.5). I wouldifhe bought a DD ticket for himself too.

Since I already paid for a ticket I'm a fan of the Cognac BA news. I'll buy the 2 bitches bank bottles, 33oz for $59. $129+taxes/fees and an uber to the event. I will likely be pretty intoxicated speed tasting the taps, and since I work nights Thursday into Friday and need to fall asleep early to rise early for DLD, I'm going to embrace it. Silver linings?

Then, next year, I'll read the fine print.

Honestly, last year I got shut out of the ticket sales and went in after the group 2 ended. I was able to try everything I wanted on tap and all bottles were still around. One bottle sold out fast though. Overall, I was a bit let down and was glad I didn't pay money to "go" to the event. So anyone that missed tix, just go after the event.

They already specifically said that any additional bottles will not be sold after the event.

oh, well that is lame. Although, all of the bottles I had (all of them released) were not as good as on tap.

Remember, they don't want to undervalue their brand like they have in the past.

I'm guessing they cut off the ticket sales because 1. They weren't selling and 2. They had enough bottles of cognac bb to allow everyone to buy one with the current ticket count.

I'd like to hear someone who attends session 2 try to get a rough count estimate of how many people are there. There is a big difference between 100 and 200 people. Of course, if I were going, I don't think I'd waste my time to bother counting, since that would take away from my precious 2 hours to drink the 7 BA drafts.

if you go to the universe website, it says they sold 101 tickets to session 2, compared to the 192 in session 1.
