Number of BA members?

    That's 28,610 pages of members. Ten members per page times 28,610 works out to be 286,100 members. QED.

    I think there are more members than that. I'm #160720 and draheim is #504426. The 286,100 may be active members (having logged onto the site within a certain time frame).

    The big number is the current total members. Before migrating to the new forums we purged over 200,000 accounts that were no longer in use; as in years of no use. The remaining accounts are more recent ones.

    Wow. Wonder if beers that had a ton of reviews lost a significant amount.. I assume most of the purged accounts weren't ones that had many reviews, but something like 90 min with a ton of reviews may have seen a 100-200 count drop from people that made it one of their first reviews and then went dormant..

    Wish I would have looked at the number before the purge.
