I liked milk stout, not as good as other thumbprints, but I do hope to see it again.

Any idea if the new batch of Cran-bic is pasteurized?

I would assume yes until someone says otherwise.

How well does Enigma age? I have a bottle of it left and am curious as to what to expect.

I just drank one April 3 and it was delicious. Hasn't really changed much.

Other than the R&D releases, I'd say this pretty much covers aging anything from New Glarus. :grinning:

More specifically for the fruited beers and sours they release, they seem to pasteurize most if not all of these, so I doubt they change much over a longer period of time, if at all. Based on my experiences aging these beers, their bottling yeast doesn't seem to add much (other than carbonation, of course).

Wild Sour changed quite a bit with time. It was amazing fresh but after a year or more it was a shadow of its former self.

True. Also perhaps Coffee Stout, though obviously in a different way.

I still have a couple of bottles. I thought it was great last summer, didn't notice any real difference.

I just read that Cran Bic is back, is that true? I need to make my way up to Wisconsin.

If it is only on tap, no big deal.
