    Let's do this, you guys!

I'll be the guy with the thick beard, trucker hat, and green cooler backpack. Happy to share with anyone and everyone.

Come on y'all, it's time to have fun!

10am Jaks Tap shuttle here (Finally got them to change it since I didn't get Group A as I thought).

Now, I just have to find who makes the best breakfast tacos in Chicago. Ay ay ay!

I'll be on the same 8am shuttle, Group B. I'll be flying solo, ready to rock, rain or shine.

PSA: As of now, it looks like it will either rain, or it will have rained a good amount prior to DLD. That means mud. With many days to go, there is still ample time to get prepared. That said, I would highly recommend thinking about the most important accessory you will be thankful you thought through as the day wears on - something for your feet. I got these last year, they were cheap, and they were awesome. http://www.amazon.com/Honeywell-Saf...psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

This option beats your standing in mud, ruining your shoes, having wet socks, etc. when the temps drop to 50 and below as the day wears on...

bought something similar prior to last years DLD. Was the best decision I've ever made for a beer fest.

Those actually look really solid for the price. Are they relatively sturdy? I know for $20 it doesn't really matter, but I'm still curious.

Would my snow boots suffice? I'm just worried that these industrial boots would not be very comfortable.

How early are some of the Group A people planning on lining up?

they were heavy....but I felt they were totally worth it. The boots I bought were almost knee high and, given that it's hard to tell the depth of the puddles at the festival, I was happy to have them. I can tell you for sure that I stepped in one puddle and the water/mud definitely went higher than my ankles. That was later in the day. Hope that info helps....

We had Group A last year and lined up at 6:30am and there was already a substantial number of people lined up.

Oh yeah, these were very sturdy and are essentially one big molded piece of hard rubber. 0% chance of any water or mud getting through and super easy to clean.

Is this a serious question? Not to be a dick but lets be serious people. We are all over 21 and should know how to plan for rain and mud and dress accordingly. If they can handle snow they should handle rain.

6:30am man that's way too early. I was planning on getting in line around 9-930 I'm assuming all variants will last through Group A.

There will be 2,000 people there around with 9.30. It's no big deal, just the way it is.

People with all groups line up early to get in when the gates open at 10, not just group A.
