Does anyone know what framinghammer variants are around CT, or what we can expect to see? I just found brandy and vanilla in new haven area.

Oh no, I just picked up several BA Framinghammer bottles for long-time trade partners, one of which is in PA. How far are the variants distributed?

@JacksAbbyBrewing - Has there been any thought into putting an "updated on X" note for the tap list and to go beers? I was in last week and Sour #9 was still listed to go, but I was told it had been gone for months. It seems like things get added to the list when they're available, but stay on the list for days (weeks? months?) after they're gone.

I'm stoked to have Bourbon, Coffee and Vanilla Framinghammers thanks to my local Wegman's and local bottle shop. So stoked. This stuff is on par with the most hyped barrel-aged beers.

I'd love to see a collaboration with Clown Shoes... Framinghammer Exorcism?

Went to the JA event at Prime 16. The Cuvee de Bandwagon is fantastic. Brandy Framinghammer was a bit hot, but the Coffee was on point.

I wonder if keg prices will come down any?

There's always a date stamp at the bottom of the draft list, below upcoming releases. I generally assume it applies to the to-go beers as well, but sometimes the date stamp can be a week or more old.

I just cracked one of this years coffee BA Framminghammers. WOW!!! Right up there with the usual suspects in the coffee stout category.

BA and variants in RI now. Have seen all of regular BA, brandy, vanilla and coffee around.

Just cracked a BA brandy. This beer reminds me of a Belgian Quad. Lots of dark fruit notes and alcohol goodness. Definitely more roasty than a quad but a lot of similarities.

We were offered the regular BA and vanilla, slated to drop next week in Middlesex county. We're a medium-sized store, so I'd imagine the big guys will see the brandy and coffee variants too, but I doubt anything else is getting distro-ed.

Just dropping in to say how much I enjoy the new to me House Lager. What a delicious beer. I plan to become good friends with this beer during the course of spring and summer.

Also looking forward to the Framinghammer variants dropping here, hope they do. This batch of regular is fantastic.

Hi guys, I'm planning to go to Jack's Abby this June/July. I was really hoping for these BAed lagers, but I guess I can't get any when I get there, right? I was going to Worcester from Boston to visit some pubs & tree house, and I realized the train heading to Worcester stops at Framingham. If I get off there, can I visit Jack's Abby without any hard work? If I visit the brewery, is there any tap room or do they sell there bottles there too? If so, are there any limit per bottle/can? Sorry for the long questions, and waiting for replies, cheers!

They have a brand new beer hall were you can have samples or full pours as well as food. The same building also serves as their retail shop with bottles/cans, shirts, growlers fills, etc. I've yet to see a limit put on any of their beers but I only visit when I'm in the area.

Also, I noticed you said you wanted to visit Tree House. Just so you are aware, its about 40min west of Worcester

If you arrive in June I wouldn't be surprised if there was some regular BA Framinghammer left. Just anecdotally it seems like people are not buying up like cases at a time and it lasts longer, since scarcity is not as big an issue as the first year/two years of production.

Jack's Abby has a tap room which serves food (excellent pizza), and if there are no BA bottles available they sometimes have one-off versions of Framinghammer that you could get growlers of. I'm not aware of any limits but if there are they are high.

The taproom is a 1/2 mile walk from the Framingham train station.

Thanks for the heads up! Yeah it's pretty far away so I have to find a way to get there...

That sounds wonderful! They brew some best lagers in the world and I don't get why they din't get so much attention like other breweries.

Even now the JA website's To Go section doesn't list regular BA Framinghammer as being available (but Brandy, coffee, vanilla, PBJ and Cocoa-nut are on there), and I doubt the variants last until June or July. Also, the one-off Framinghammers are not available to go. Taproom only. But everything else here is spot on. Great pizza, brewery only one-offs, super close to the train and a great all around atmosphere in the Beer Hall.

Was this at Jack's Abby? The previous variants (coffee & vanilla) were $10 Brandy & Bourbon were $8, I believe (could be wrong but I am pretty sure those prices were what I paid 2 weeks ago)

Perhaps the cost of ingredients in these variants increased the price of the final product. Either way i'll be going down there on Thursday to grab a few bottles.
