Three Floyds generally likes to do things as inefficiently as possible, though I hope you are right.

 

But if they have pre-packaged totes how is anyone going to hold the crappy cardboard holder incorrectly and drop their bottles

 

Without sifting through 70 something pages, does anyone know the bottle count numbers on the variants?

Re:maps, in the spirit of 75% of this thread (75.1% now ) only radar maps will be published this year.

The variant quantities are not known until Saturday. They are written on the bottles. In unicorn blood. Okay, the last part was sacastic.

Bent Paddle Brewing Co (Duluth, MN) announced that they will have taps at DLD.
- Barrel Aged Double Shot Double Black (BADSDB)
- Hop Forest DIPA

BADSDB has been one of my favorite beers that I've drank in 2016, so that's maybe one to watch for. It's a barrel aged black ale with coffee and vanilla.

 

Based on the relationships FFF has with certain breweries you can almost guarantee to see the following at the guest taps (not included are the breweries that already confirmed they'll be there):

Cigar City
Surly
Pizza Port
Dark Horse
Founders
Bells
FW
Pretty much any of the "big hitters" in Chicago...
Goose Island

So I figured it was worth taking another stroll through the dark lord page, and I know they've already said its not their preferred method but you can go at later times on twitter or facebook...but this part of their FAQ is awesome for those with contradiction fetishes:

What is the process for purchasing Dark Lord?
...Each Group will be allowed to enter during or after its designated time frame.

Will I be guaranteed to get some Dark Lord Russian Imperial Stout?
Yes, provided that you are able to enter the Dark Lord Bottle Line during your Group time. The brewery will not provide bottles to those who missed their entrance times...

 

This was brought up a few decades of pages ago. It was definitely easy to miss though unless you follow this thread every hour of every day like I do cuz I'm a loser.

Yup. I posted screen shots of this from their page earlier in this thread. They could have meant something else, but if they did they didn't choose the best words.
