I'm going to be shipping a case of Heady and am wondering the best way. Wrapping each can with bubble wrap seems like a pain in the ass. Is there any easier way that anyone has done with success?

    Thanks in advance!

I usually 1-gallon Ziploc a 4pk then bubble wrap. You'll need to do it only 6 times, not 24.

Tube coolers work well. Padded, keep cool. You can find them cheap online. Most hold 6 cans (some only hold 5 pint cans).

I have also received packages with the cans in cozies.

I would suggest that or you could always bubble wrap every other can that way the buffer in-between acts as padding for the unwrapped cans.

Styrofoam cooler. I just shipped a full case of BCBS this way. Case was never opened, put it into a styrofoam cooler I bought at the grocery store. Put cooler in box, taped it up and slapped a sticker on it.

I did this recently. Took regular 6-pack holders and cut off the tops so they just separated each can, put another case box on top and taped it all together. Put that in a padded box and it made it to Minnesota just fine.
