Yeah all this talk, but my first thought when I saw that article was just that they are going to be busting out some older stuff on draft throughout the day to celebrate, not that there will be 20 bottles to choose from.

Plan to bring my book bag with share bottles in it and a 6pack cloth wine holder bag. As the share bottles disappear, dark lord bottles will get put into my book bag. That's the plan but not sure how well it will hold together as the day progresses and mistakes are made.

 

of course people saying a variant is "crappy" are saying it as shorthand for "this isn't something i like" - why else would they say it? by that logic, we can't call anything "crappy" except the few things that are objectively recognized as gross by the cosmos, like the crappy variant Earl of Biggleswade

 

this has probably been covered but i dont want to search through 80 pages to find it so ill ask. what does everyone do for keeping their beer cold while carrying it around? does it usually stay cold enough with just putting ice packs inside a backpack? or do you put them inside something thats insulated?

 

I struck out on tickets but was thinking of going the next morning and trying to buy a bottle. How much of a line is there the day after and what time do people start lining up.

 

Freeze water bottles and use as ice packs. As they thaw, you will then have water to hydrate with.

 

Great advice. Also look for an insulated/cooler backpack.
