I saw somewhere that there will special double barrel magnum bottles of Marshmallow handjee and 15 Vanilla bean blend going to the first ten people in group A.... but special Waterford crystal DLD snifters for the first ten people at the dark matter tent.

The logo (not the Dark Matter side) on the 'palladium' tasting glass and the mug is just awful. Going to (not) go out on a limb and say that plenty of those will be leftover after the event.

 

Just sounds like the ultimate piece of misinformation

 

Right, I don't even get how the hell that logo is related at all.

 

It looks like a sci-fi type logo. I believe the theme this year is sci-fi. I'm sure the logo will be around on other shirts and things.

there is a space theme this year, my guess is that the palladium logo is related to the space theme.

 

Don't think anyone has ever described Dark Lord as gentle...

 

It's too crisp and smooth, looks like a fictional logo in a clean, white marble dominated Tom Cruise movie. Actually, doesn't even look fictional, looks like a NASA-replacement could use it.

Last year the entire festival was a water refill station. Open the bottle and water magically falls from the sky to refill. There is currently a 100% chance that will happen again this year.

Last year they made significantly more glassware. This year there are essentially 1000 allotments of snifters.

 

Where will the line form for the first edition Alpha King comic book being released this year? (Or was this discussed on page 23?)

Will it criss-cross, or perhaps, consist of two lines from separate directions that chaotically merge into one right in front of the brewery, in what was a classic 3 Floyds DLD memory from the year before Golden Tickets?

It was at least the Thursday before last year, I remember printing it at work, and took Friday off last year for Barrel massacre.

Assuming they will do it the same as last year is never correct with anything Dark Lord. Last year they announced variants 2 hours before the gates opened. This year they announced them 190 hours before the gates opened.
