Selling futures is not just for the stock market anymore!

Wish I lived a littler closer to the brewery. I'd probably be in, even if I think that there is a little bit of a "cart before the horse" element with this recent development.

This was the main reason I didn't pull he trigger. I'm a big fan of SH brews, but there's a lot of big plans and unknowns that are necessary to fall into place to make this deal worth it. I also tend to only fill 750ml growlers. I would need to fill a lot of growlers just for me to break even on the free 5th fill deal. But who knows, maybe in a year I'll be kicking myself for letting it go by. Anyway, wish them the best. I'll still be stopping in for fills and hopefully cans in the future.

Futures aren't part of the stock market, but point taken!

But back OT, I'm with @Lupin and @skleice, just can't get down there enough to make it worth it, otherwise I'd be all in.

I'm with ya there... I can't see myself filling enough growlers that I could justify the cost. You are looking at filling five 750mls a month to recoup the total cost of $225.

ya get the release card too so if you're not to close by to always get the fills the perks with that thing is pretty solid

Potential perks. As there is no canning line or special releases yet.

one release is due out soon and a lot of breweries dont necessarily have their own canning line. its 17 months too - but yes its potential perks as of right now.

Agreed lots of potential, but a lot of beer is based on speculation and hype. btw, don't need a canning line on site to get cans  and a 7bbl fermenter was bubbling away earlier this week per Instagram....

From facebook, appropriate post given some questions regarding their future in regards to selling club membership. Good stuff here:

I should have posted this before making the club available. So, we now have 21 bbl more fermentation space than we did before along with a 7bbl brite tank. We have 14 bbl more scheduled to be shipped to us making it an immediate 35 bbl increase approximately every 2 weeks. With the increased capacity we are looking to rotatationally can Geek Nip IPA, Coalesce DIPA, Method IPA, Big Bad Bunny Stout and on a lesser occasion some new stuff I've yet to introduce. We will continue to pour growlers and also have can days that we will be able to refine as we get an idea of what the traffic will be like. We also plan on getting our Barrel program off the ground in the midst of this as well, we will be making stuff we love to make and drink, stouts, English barleywines, wild ales, berliners, gose, milds, porters, hopefully some helles, pils at some point too. While we are growing, the quantity will still not be earth shattering as we really would like to get some more draft out to bars etc. The clubs are a perfect way of ensuring that you get what you want. That is all. Thanks!!! Enjoy this beautiful day!

Nice experience today. In around 2:40, dropped off order and did some shopping at Tony's. Less than 20 mins later, paying and chatting with Jon. Honeymoon was kicked but grabbed everything else. Will repeat every weekend at that pace.

Never had an authentic Mild but that Grog is real nice. Nutty and roasted with chocolate and toffee. True "session" abv too.

New post up went up last night about the growler / pint club:

Hey all, I'm going to extend to club sign ups through Wednesday night. Had a busy day today, have a crazy day tomorrow and there's still a quite a few slots left (Growler and Pint only) so I figure we leave it open. I have to amend the deal on Growlers for the club, it is now buy 3 get 1 free with that being the max per day based on the 288-ounce per day law. If you haven't joined here's your chance!
