The number of mini snifters and limit per person are exactly the same as last year. So if history repeats itself, you shouldn't have to wait in line for hours to grab a set. Though I make no guarantees.

 

Should we get that done before or after the comic book is soaked through?

 

I've still been debating over my bottles. I had originally planned an even mix of IPA/sours and stouts, but now I'm leaning towards nearly all IPA/sour, since my buddy is pretty much just bringing stouts. I'm looking at right now:

2-3 bottles of assorted Trillium IPA/Pale Ales (can't remember which ones I have right now)
Short's 5000
Upland Malefactor
BCBS Regal Rye or RR Supplication

Who else tryna grab those Dark Matter Black Hole Necromancer coffee bottles? Would love to get my hands on a few of those.

 

Group B and I'm getting there around 9am. If the weather is as awful as it looks I might just head back to the hotel after I get my bottles. Who's down for a bottle share by the pool at the Hampton in Munster!!!

 

Did they sell those at their stores the next day after DLD last year?

I'd like to try it but don't want to wait an hour in line for them

Yeah. I wasn't able to go last year, but got everything from DM online the next day. I believe the same was available in store.

 

Based on the past bottles released and this description...'Knob Creek barrel aged Ethiopia Bonga and a Finca San Jeronimo Miramar Catuai Natural dry hopped with Mosiac hops'...not this guy.

With the IN primary on Tuesday, any chance some presidential candidates stop by for DLD? Maybe a Hilary or Cruz mosh pit sighting? Trump sitting in with Municipal Waste while donning their shirt (warning, slightly graphic shirt image)?

 

I am too, however the chance of keeping that comic book dry and in decent condition at a beer festival is close to zero so boo
