No Blackberry CFP this Saturday sadly... Weather isn't looking great either, but I'm still looking forward to another great release. See you gents in a few days!

Nope. We all might just be squished inside if it's raining hard. Otherwise people will still hang out inside and outside and all will be well.

I can't imagine the weather being any sort of issue. Looks minimal at worst.

I usually check this on the regular before I'm heading into the mountains for traffic and road conditions: https://opensnow.com/dailysnow/i70

The title of yesterdays post being "The Endless Winter" is not exactly promising (well unless you're trying to go skiing)

I'm going up to a bud's house in Edwards the day before the release to ease the pain.

My buddy is coming in from Chicago (today) for the release and we were already planning to go up to Glenwood a day early to enjoy the town a bit. But I'm not sure you and I will have it any easier driving up tomorrow versus Saturday morning. It looks like the bulk of the potential snow will happen this evening through tomorrow evening. Good luck and be safe!

This weather is yet another reminder of how great the new ticketing system is, even if some folks don't realize it. A year ago, people would have been driving like maniacs, clamoring to beat traffic and lines, standing outside in the freezing, miserable weather. Now? No rush, totally relaxed, show up any time before 3pm and you're guaranteed your bottles with the ticket you bought. How awesome is that?

Is it frowned upon to not buy your whole allotment? Or can you buy as much or as little as you please? I plan on buying a fair amount but not sure I'll max out on every bottle available

You can buy one bottle. Or the whole allotment. Or anything in between. Nobody is worried!

^^^ This. The more that is left following the release, the more that makes it to those few small shops who open up the market to more consumers. Buy as much as you'd like, or as little. Either way, the beer will find a home.

Those bottles aren't cheap. No shame in not maxing it out. Some people go up and only buy a few.

Does Troy still open up leftover bottle sales to unticketed folks who stick around until 3?
