Serious question, does that mean every single transaction requires a voucher? You can't just pay cash once you run out of your original allocation?

Yep, voucher system only this year for food & taps. Kinda sucks if you ask me but it is what it is.

ETA: Just noticed it mentions FFF food so not sure if Donermen is cash or vouchers. I'd guess cash (?)

I haven't been since 2013. My backpack cooler is 13 X 20 X 8, which is bigger than the dimensions they listed. How strict are they? I probably don't really need it given the weather, but thought I'd check.

They didn't really care last year. I think they put it in a milk crate if it fits your good. Doesn't matter if it is taller than the crate.
