I need a bottle or two of the that Count to Two! Sounds like an interesting combination. I wish I lived closer to Madison.

Thanks for the shout out! I can almost look at a kiwi half a year later...

All of the bottles are gone. We burned through 20 cases in a matter of hours! For those that didn't find out or were unable to grab some bottles, it will still be on tap today (Saturday) alongside Count to Blue and 8 other sours. O'so will also release another batch of bottles soon!

Was an amazing start to beer week!

Well that sale was east enough. Got a bottle of all three they had available for today.

    East = easy...

As I understand it, with Funk Factory collaborations, O’so brews the wort. Levi chooses the barrels, monitors the barrels to decide when they’re ready to be blended, then he blends to his exceptional taste. I don’t think Levi is involved with these beers at all. I’m sure someone with more knowledge can correct me or clarify.

The O'so ones are their own creations I think. Levi/FFG aren't involved in those. The FFG ones are a collaborative effort with Levi and O'so. Someone else can probably get into more specifics.

Yes, they are O'so beers. I wouldn't be the right person to ask details on them though.

I'm not so sure he is as involved as you would think.

Tonight and tomorrow, folks! It's on! Come join me for some beers and show me your pucker face! I'll be at the brewery tonight until the wheels fall off. Ask someone where Ray is (that's me) and come introduce yourself! I'll answer any questions you have about our beers, our barrel aging program, souring strategies, our bugs, etc etc etc.

I also wanted to give you a brief update on the festivities at hand. In addition to the three beers being released, tonight we will be sampling out Project Lo, a blended selection of my favorite Project Lo casks with no fruit added. Project Lo is actually two different blonde bases that we play around with here, and has been the sole base for Arbre Qui Donne, Blood of the Cherry, Count to Blue, Count to Two, and Scarlet Letter. Other sours we have done, including the Wease the Juice and Tuppen's demise that are being released tonight, are comprised of other beers, sour and not sour, blended with the Project Lo base.

We were planning on sitting on the Project Lo bottles for a while, and waiting for our next bottle release, but after sampling the other day, everyone at the brewery was blown away and we decided we needed to get it in your beer holes NOW! It's been in the bottles for almost six months and I'm pretty excited about this one. It's almost as if putting fruit on this beer has been doing it a disservice. All the nuances of this delicate beer shine thru and give you a hint of what extended aging (which we have a lot of going on now) is going to bring to our sour barrel aged beer program.

In addition to sampling the beer, a limited number of cases will be available for cash sales.

I hope to see you all tonight!

I think we have 17 cases on site. My guess is that there will be some left saturday, but who knows?! We threw a half barrel on, but just like all the other sours we've released, I believe the referment in the bottle is ncecessary to open the lock on the gates to flavor town.

This will not be your only opportunity to snag this beer, we will release the rest in July with five O'so/Funk Factory beers and a 100% brett fermented lupulin maximus.

    Really looking forward to this.

@FFGeuzeria, Levi, can you clear up a couple questions?

1.) Your email shows how to enter our Proxie's info. What if we don't know who our proxy is yet, since they aren't guaranteed to get bottles on BpT? Are people still able bring copies of IDs?

2.) How sour is the Tradeship series? Upland acidic sour, or somewhere in between that and your other stuff?

    Thanks!
