It would be nice if they sent cans to Cleveland before Maine.

I believe the people who built their brewery are from Maine, and they made friends out there so they send their cans that way when they can.

Isn't Jackie O's getting a bunch of kegs though? I wonder how many they got, and how that affects the volume of beer they have available to can.

Good point. This is the number one reason why I think they have more brewed than we all think. To be able to brew enough for brewpub kegs, JO's kegs, concert kegs, and two can releases makes me think they have a lot of this stuff. The two-week hiatus in April (versus the typical one-week) from canning events makes me think they used some space usually reserved for another brew to increase capacity.

Maybe I'm just a hopeless optimist....

I actually was thinking the same thing. They took a good bit of time off from releasing anything so I believe they probably made one big batch taking over the entire brewery for that time off. Who really knows though. It will be telling though if in a couple months, Jackie O still has kegs of this at their brew house.

Can you let us know an estimate of how many cases they have if they're in plain sight?

One benefit of having a sister who lives down the street from the brewpub. Is that I'm the proud owner of 8 Koffury cans.

This stuff is basically cold brew. So dark and full of coffee flavors. Would love to see variants in the future (BBA, Vanilla, etc.). By far the best dark beer Hoof has made.

Wondering how everyone wants some Vic secret tasting. I read a couple pages back that it needed time to settle and was a little harsh.

Had one yesterday after I got back from the brewpub. I didn't notice a huge change between the release date and yesterday, but I wasn't one who thought it was harsh originally--thought it tasted more like apples than anything.
