I'm holding out a little hope that the accuweather forecast of 56 with periods of rain in the afternoon holds true.....but I'm cool either way.

 

maybe a little warmer and a lot more windy....although I don't quite remember what the wind situation was last year. I don't really recall it being super windy. but yeah, pretty damn close.

 

I remember the water in the Gatorade style water coolers by all the taps smelling like feces and tasting really bad. I definitely suggest bringing your own water.

 

Those mason jars are awesome. I just bought 3 or 4 last night in case I lose a few. I like how there are lids as well.

 

Ah-ha! Yes! But unfortunately she did not...

 

Also, remember that you get $40 worth of vouchers upon entry. You only have to wait in line to buy vouchers if you plan on consuming more than that

 

I am bringing Old Style, so I am good on the water front.

 

enjoy and stay warm, folks! i'm sure there are plenty of veterans out there, but standing outside in 50 degree weather with rain and wind will get freezing after a few hours. dress appropriately!

This is where having a girlfriend is actually useful for once:

1) A second person who can grab DL + variant
2) Won't finish $40 in vouchers, which means more for me (if necessary)
3) Designated driver who accepts payment in White Castles

 

Accuweather forecast doesn't seem so bad, it has rain starting at 5 and just off and on until 8. Not ideal, but I'll likely be at least browned out by 5 anyway. Hope they are the most accurate.

Parking - did anyone leave their car overnight in prior years? Worried about getting towed.

 

Anybody have some last second tasting cup suggestions? Last year i just brought some red solo cups and water and just washed them out inbetween (the rain did a good job with that too), but they are kinda flimsy.

Im going to head to Target or something after work to pick up some waters to freeze and chuck in the backpack.

People have suggested the little mason salt shakers from target. Maybe look into that. There are pictures a page or two back
