No short pour options, just 8oz glasses or full bottles (3x IDs needed to buy a bottle). Best way to take on everything is in a big group, take turns buying bottles and get through all you want without having to take down a full 8oz pour. That being said, everything is very manageable ABV wise so you shouldn't get hammered even if you are drinking full glasses.

3x IDs? What does that mean? Three forms of id to buy beer lol? that seems ridiculous

Lol yes, to buy a whole bottle at one go, you need ID for three different people. It's a legal thing about over-serving etc etc, just the way it goes. You want an 8oz glass? One ID please. You want a whole bottle? Three IDs.

Super low key release yesterday. Weather held up nicely outside of the crossing the Eisenhower Tunnel. Not that many people there at any given time. Surprisingly long line to buy allotments for much of the day, but I'm guessing that's because Troy had extra beer and was selling more than 1 extra per person.

As for the beers, Dry Hop Saison absolutely killed it. Completely blew me away - my favorite beer of the day. DHOT was pretty good as expected, and I always enjoy Mont FS. As with many people, I wasn't super fond of BLM. I think it needs some time the bottle to develop. I look forward to seeing what the brett will do over the next few months or a year.

    Looking forward to next month!

Really bummed the Blackberry wasn't there. Was the only thing I was looking forward to. But like Tycho said, the Saison was one of the best damn things I've ever tasted.

Sucks to hear BLM needs time. I bought more of that and only one saison as I wasn't able to try them all. Wish I could have gotten more DHOT though as it was ridiculous.

Odd hearing the lack of love for BLM, I really enjoyed it, though I will admit it was surprisingly "clean" especially next to the Citra/Simcoe DHOT which has massive funk to it right now. Like mentioned, super low key, though the roads were dog shit IMO, particularly in between the Eisenhower and Vail Pass. Such is life though.

The area near the tunnel was scary as hell on Saturday morning. Apparently Vail Pass was a nightmare yesterday. Hopefully that's the last of the treacherous drives for a while.

I wasn't a fan of BLM as of Saturday. Time can change a lot of things with brett, though. Buying a glass gave me some insight that I'm better off hanging on to my bottles for longer. Last summer's BLC has changed a ton and is totally different yet every bit as good today. I think I'll probably crack one in June and see what has happened to it.

So so good. One of the best cherry fruit stands IMO.

Of course I'm working tonight. Hopefully it will last until tomorrow morning so I can head over and snag a bottle.

Mr. B's had like 40+ cases from my uneducated guess, a ton of cases said cherry.

I thought the traffic was great. Left denver late, around 10 a.m. no slow downs anywhere, no ice, just wet, i thought the roads were fine. But this is comparing them to raton on Friday where they were compacted snow roads and a bit trecherous.

It was great to see so many familiar faces again too. Very friendly crowd.

It's incredibly easy to become a Casey hoarder. One minute you're just making sure you don't miss out on something with a tiny limit. The next minute you're wondering if your credit card has been stolen and your basement is smaller than it used to be.

Drinking a Cherry FS right now, and trying to keep myself from running out to Grapevine and picking up more. Awesome beer.

Made my first venture this past weekend to Casey and loaded the jeep down with a ton! All I can say about Troy's beers are Wow! Had a few prior to the trip but this Dry Hopped Oak Theory and Dry Hopped Saison left me speechless! Not to mention meeting a few fellow BA's for IP deals, @pmoney and @Valavicius! Plus meeting @belgbeerdrinker for an IP deal in the Denver area. You Colorado BA's rock, that includes you @JakeT469, you just had to be at DLD when I came to town! I forgive you though, next time I come through it's on like Donkey Kong!
