Between all the cans Carton is releasing and regularly available Head High cans, I am going to have to start drinking a lot more.

Not crowded at all by the way.

I know. I just went down to Carton to get more cans (I caved after my price increase complaint) and then went up to Magnify for their latest cans. My beer fridge is full, cases stacked next to it, and I WOULD have stopped by Kane if I saw this when I was down there. I...just...don't...drink...enough.

This is what happens when you don't pay someone else to can for you.

I believe they also charged $12 per 4pack when they did use the mobile canning unit. And the fact they charge $12 for a 64 oz. growler fill of HH makes it hard to justify charging more.

In my tiny pea sized brain, I always think a growler fill should be less than an equal amount in packaging.

Sold out yesterday. Minor freak outs on FB over this. Great beer, but you can get it any time practically everywhere in growler form. Plus, soon it'll be a regular thing. I rarely get a full case of any one thing at Carton knowing that fresh cans will be available again before too long.

I still can't believe it when people freak out about a case limit for a beer that is always available for growler fills. I was at a wedding in Asbury Park and was able to run over after the reception around 6, walk in and out in 5 minutes. If I hadn't been able to get any I wouldn't bitch and moan on FB or here about it.

People were freaking out about Head High in cans? Jesus Christ, firstworldbeerproblems.

I'm just hoping we don't hear issues with the beer tasting off, although I didn't buy into that from the last go around.

Well, I said minor freak outs. First, in a "oh my god it's out already!" and just a few, "shouldn't be a case limit because some people grabbed too much instead of sharing!"

I mean they basically admitted it happened.

I'm hoping the same. That said, there is no question that the cans I got from the initial round of canning last year had a band aid like flavor that I'd never before experienced in Head High. And also have not since.

I grabbed cans yesterday, they are spot on, no issues.

Oh gotcha. That's different. Anytime I read "can release" and "freak out" it's never a positive thing at all.

I picked up some cans yesterday and had one today. No issues at all. It actually may have been the best Head High I've ever had. It probably doesn't hurt that it was canned 3-4 days ago.

There's going to be plenty of Head High cans available all summer. No reason to get mad over not getting any. Curious to see if they'll can Citra

If they canned Citra, I'd have the loudest beergasm ever. No way that wouldn't be my beach go-to beer all summer.
