Green Bay Area BA's Tasting Group?

    Hello fellow Sconnies,

    I am moving to the green bay area full time at the end of the month (August 27/28) for my job and was wondering if there was an organized tasting group or what not in the area. I quite literally know no one up there and looking to meet some new BA's in the area. It looks like I am not starting work until the 3rd of Sept., so I was wondering if anyone was interested in a tasting sometime during that week perhaps. I could host and have ample space.

    On a side note, I will likely travel to Chicago every 4-6 weeks on the weekends, so if anyone ever needs some Half Acre or Rev Brew, etc., I'm your guy.

    means i'm waiting for someone from GB or the Valley area to respond. i know of 3 others around here but only 1 posts... occassionally.

    Let me know I live in Milwaukee, but am always willing to travel for a tasting.

    Hey,

    I live in Appleton, and am EXTREMELY new to the BA community, and "craft" beer as well, was always more of the whatever was cheap and good. Anyways, I would be interested in expanding my beer horizons, and doing occasional tastings. My schedule can be very difficult to work around at times, but depending on month to month, available time may vary,

    I don't know of any specific groups for tastings, but there are a couple of homebrew clubs in the area. I haven't been able to touch base with them, but that may be a possibility for more. But I'll try to stay in the loop here now that I know there are some others that will be in the area soon.

    I am tentatively leaning towards a Sunday night tasting since Monday is labor day. Could anyone do and would anyone be interested in a labor day eve (Sunday night) tasting?

    I just moved to Door County in may from the Twin Cities. I have yet to come across any local BAs so Green Bay tastings would be something I would be up for on occasion.

    Yeah grew up hear then spent a handful of years away. Just moved back for work. I completely forgot about my username's reference as I've used it for years as a username on numerous sites.

    The 3 sisters or the one from the email yesterday? I saw that, but GF is in town...

    I love how he has 2 bottles of utopias next to a noble rot. Seems so out of place lol.

    The same as everywhere else I guess plus a few last bottles of hinterland bb dopplebock and titletown growlers to go. I recommend hopasaurus ad dark helmet
