I have to bring this thread up again. Allagash, Bissell, Austin, Liquid Riot, and Oxbow would be my must. I will be staying near the Commercial Street. Are there any place with beautiful sight seeing? I will ride on the Ferry at the Casco Bay, but not sure what island would be best. I'll just buy some tones of cans / bottles and I'm not going to drink a lot in Portland, so would 2 days be enough for the whole city tour + some breweries / bottle shops visit, or would it be too short? Thanks.

Many of the ferry cruises look really enjoyable and will be scenic: http://www.cascobaylines.com/maine-boat-tours/scenic-harbor-cruises/

You can probably see the whole city/breweries/bottle shops in two days if you pack up your schedule. I would prefer to not rush it, and enjoy my time though. You can hit Allagash, Austin St, and Foundation in one shot provided all are open. Personally I enjoy Rising Tide and Oxbow's blending room as well, though you would need transport.

You might look into one of the Maine beer bus tours. http://www.mainebeertours.com/tours-winter-spring/

The Eastern Promenade is a nice park with great views of the water and islands. It isn't far from Oxbow. Two days sounds like a good amount of time. Portland is pretty small.

I would never knew if it weren't you. Thanks for the info! The brewery tour seems great!

That sounds great, my gf will love it. I'll go for 2 days. Thanks a lot

Agreed on Eastern Promenade. Really great views and very close to Oxbow and Rising Tide for that matter.

Regarding timing, I would say to try to give yourself 3 nights, 2 days assuming you want to do some things besides beer. If it's just beer then you can probably be fine with less time depending on how much added driving time Bissell Bros being in a new location involves (i.e. you will no longer be making just 1 stop to hit Allagash, Bissell, Foundation and Austin St.). Also, adding Freeport would put you on the longer side, as well.
