nah its bottled not on tap, and the bomb! was 2015 not the Jan 2016 release dunno about the pirate bomb date.

 

yeah, i was wrong. i meant bottle. and i think the Pirate Bomb bottles were $22/ 12oz. ouch.

 

Nugget Nectar was quite delicious this year. With that said, cases of it seem to die a slow death on store floors throughout the mid-Atlantic.

 

any On Fleek sightings in MD?

 

Tenley Wine and Liquor has a bunch of KBS four packs. Selling for a cool $50 too! Such a deal.

 

Not that it's really expensive but it's $4-5 more than similar offerings, I think a lot of people pass on it for that reason.

Well Bells Hopslam is a seasonal release and several dollars more than NN (putting it almost double your typical DIPA's being sold) and I don't see any of that product sitting around in stacked cases anywhere. I just think Troegs just distributes way too-much NN if its supposed to be fully depleted/consumed within 2-3 months for typical window for hop-forward beer freshness.

Pinehurst Wine Shoppe had it when I was there yesterday. They also had Rodenbach Alexander, So Happens It's Tuesday, GGW, and Cinnamon Roll'd Wake and Bake.

 

If it does, we don't get it in this area.

 

It comes out this month, but Westbrook isn't distributed to DC, VA or MD.

Hardywood Bourbon Cru has hit a bunch of TW stores. McLean has 9 cases. Others have a lot too.

 

Wine spectator still has KBS for $9.99 a bottle if you wanna pay that much

 

Since when is Prairie distributed to MD? I saw some at Stateline. Does Montgomery Co get any? I wish DC did.

 

No idea about MoCo but Prairie gets random distro from time to time in MD, for at least the last 2 years or so. I remember right before Christmas 2014 getting a growler fill of Xmas Bomb from Perfect Pour, and from time to time I've seen their bottles here and there at random stores. It never seems too steady so maybe it's just extra kegs/bottles they want to move?

 

We seem to get their very standard beer like Prarie Ale, nothing good though. Max's will have some Pirate Bomb bottles next week though.
