Yea like HN stated, it's Pseudo Sue...but dry-hopped with a different hop variety. It's not a mosaic hopped (i e. during the boil) beer being called Sue.

Yuuuuuge is right. If those numbers in the article are accurate the building will be just slightly smaller than Surly's new brewery. I found articles saying Surly's new digs are 50,000 square feet with this venture being 46,000.

Was told on May 4th that those had been pushed back a bit by one of the taproom staff. One of the blondes that has been there for a little while...I'm bad with names.

We talked about a few things that were coming out soon but of course all I remember is the Zeelander that they brewed recently :flushed:

That alone is exciting news though!

Considering the current location looks like an old Arby's I'd say its a small improvement.

Per Mike's Twitter - "Racked a special version of Naughty Temple to a tank yesterday. Aged ~35 months in a 27yr bourbon barrel. Today, we're brewing Galaxy Sue."

If Naughty Temple is racked today how long would it usually be till a release?

If dry hopped Sue is brewed today how long till it would usually be released?

This may be a dumb question, but does the tap room still have Sosus bottles? Or am I relying on distro now?

    Prob 2-3 weeks for Sue

Naughty temple: tough to say, could be in bottles, could be tap only, could be left to sit in bottles for a few months....silent release vs announced release vs lottery if there are bottles
