You explained it perfectly. Sorry I wasn't too clear. I was probably around 50-60th in line but 5th outside the door. I didnt mind because it was a beautiful day. That's not a bad line at all IMO. Doesnt hurt that its a nice neighborhood.

 

Has anyone tried Oscillation 004?

Had oscillation #4 (Citra+ Mosiac+ Hellertau) on draft yesterday. What a treat ahead of the release. Very Citra forward IPA. Ton of ripe mango, orange marmalade, pineapple, hint of grapefruit and passion fruit. In short if you are lining up on Sunday, you will not be disappointed.

 

Hops Hill? I also had a pour around 5 o clock. Agreed about your description, and I was pleased that it was definitely less sweet than previous batches. Batch 4 is my favorite so far

 

Yep, Hops Hill it is. I had #3 there as well. I believe finback was there around 5ish as well.

 

2x limit on BQExC ($15), case limit on Osc 4 ($17/4pack).

 

Might drop in tomorrow for this one as my birthday present. Need to refill my Oscillation reserves.

How early do people start typically lining up for these releases?

 

It's tough to guess because this is the anniversary, so it will be a bit more crowded. Last release we got there about an hour early and were about 50th in line. I don't think more than 100 people have ever lined up though, so not even sure if you needed to arrive @ open...

 

Anyone know if they released BQE on their anniversary last year? Did the bottles last the entire day?

Happen to be visiting queens today, and see I am only like1/2 mile away. With it being and anniversary party today does it get to crazy, don't have much time but wanted to make a quick stop? Still have yet to have anything from them yet

 

What are we thinking guys? Will cans last for a bit? I'm making the trip - SingleCut will be the consolation prize but I'd love to try Osc too.

 

they sold out of bqe at 2:25. I got there at two and the people in front of me got the last ones.

 

I was there around 230. BQE soldout. There were about 10 cases of Osc4 left which im sure are gone now as there were atleast that many people behind me.
