I think a visit to SingleCut this past weekend skewed what I perceive as grassy! I didn't find Wai-iti to be grassy at all.

3 Stars Brewing (DC) collaboration. Sounds fantastic.

I'm guessing the #jerseypride clown car will be arriving before 5.

If you haven't had it yet, I found modern Aberration by LIC to be somewhat similar and a bargain at $12 per 750

This is actually the funniest comment I've read in ages. So vivid. Once I read it, I imagined about 25 of 'em unpacking from a Yugo in their Mark Sanchez jerseys with 45 750s of BA stouts. You sir, make magic with words.

I've done it. Some of us work saturdays and when I can pay someone a quarter of what I make to stand in line its a no brainer.

Just for fun I just checked and it was telling me $24/hr. That's insane since they're going to be waiting at least 3-4 hours! So basically you're paying $200 for a case of beer. I can rationalize plenty of things but not that.

I think its only that price for the first 4 hours then it goes down to 10 dollars an hour. I remember seeing that on a card that was passed around. It's all relative to how much you view your own time is worth. If you were waiting that same 3-4 hours at the DMV and could pay 75-100 bucks to jump to the front of the DMV line, wouldn't you?

Yeah, but chances are I'm standing in line for something that is an absolute necessity like a license, or license plate, or an undoing of a suspension of my license.

The money you spend on taskrabbits is more than what it would cost you to ship a crate of beer from any Belgium beer site....

It is amazing the lengths and cost people will go to when wrapped up in hysteria of getting beer and the rationalizations made. Awesome for the brewers, but don't complain as brewers push the absolute limits of pricing.

If you don't get a taskrabbit, you still have to drink enough of beer to sustain you while waiting in line for 4 hours. Either way, you're out $80.

So you're paying someone a quarter of your daily salary PLUS the price of the beer because you have FOMO?

    Solid financial priorities.
