I was happy to see that my favorite beer on this list (of the one's I have tried of course) is also connected with my favorite team (Brooklyn Lager/New York Giants).

Two on the list that sound awesome is the Surly Hell associated with the Vikings and the Oatmeal Pale Ale associated with the Chargers. Both of those sound mad good.

Tall boys of Torpedo are pretty kick ass, glad those make it to my neck of the woods.

I am disappointed that they didn't pick an Anchor beer for the 49ers.

I'm not a 49ers fan, but I am an Anchor fan. Definitely agree with you 100%

mainly because anchor doesn't can, as far as i know. They could have chosen Anderson Valley Poleeko Gold Pale staying with the whole 49er gold rush theme.

Cool article, thanks for posting. I was wondering what they'd put for Miami....:
Miami Dolphins — Big Rod Key West Ale (Schnebly Miami Brewing Company, Homestead, FL)
Miami isn't a beer town, but it's getting there. A handful of craft brewpubs and brewers have sprung up in the area recently and, because I couldn't track down any local cans, I'll break my ban on bottles at ballgames for a growler full of this crisp, refreshing ale.

Does anybody have an idea what the beer starved region the slideshow is referring to?

I wonder if they could have put a few more IPA's on this list. I'm so tired of that style. :slight_frown:
