Yes, but those were stouts and less than 120 of each variant, I don't think people are gonna go nuts over this stuff this weekend. Hopefully JWB took notes on this weeks Cycle releases, the line moved so slow last time, took me almost 2 hours to get to the front and I was about 130 in line.

Yes but if you where there before 8 you got the stouts. Don't know how it'll be tomorrow but I don't think it'll be as ridiculous as the last release because these are not as sought after as the stouts where.

Thanks! That makes me feel a little bit better. I'm trying to decide if it would be worth it to go and what time I should go to be able to find parking in Wynwood.

@manbearpack beat me to it. Yeah my concern is the same as his. DFPF went so smoothly. In and out there fairly quickly after the noon release time. Last months release took forever because of how many choices there where and I wasn't even that far down the line. I might just roll in for left overs sometime in the afternoon if they are any and just sleep in the morning.

I'm sure it won't be as crazy as the last one, but i'm thinking it will be closer to that than DFPF release because of 4 bottles. Not sure what time yet, but definitely not gonna trust 11Am like for single bottle releases.

Yeah I wish they released the syrups on another day to minimize confusion. I hope it's not crazy tomorrow...

I'm going to be out there with a cooler full of beer, those lines make for great excuses to bottle share.

I wish next time JWB would have at least 2 stations for the line of people along the block rather than just the 1 station with only 2 people working to get the line moving faster. It would make the experience more enjoyable since it was super hot yesterday and people lined up hours before the release. :slight_frown:Just my 2 cents.

We're figuring it out, since we will have some releases during the summer, + we all know it'll feel like hell on earth. Thing is, almost every single person in line bought every beer, with at least 1 syrup, so if we split that up then everybody will be making 2 lines. This was a big release (7 bottles total), so a bit unusual, but we'll definitely keep trying to make it as smooth as possible.

    Hi,
Thank you for listening! Maybe there could be two tables with one person plucking the beers/syrups off the shelf and one person tallying up the amount at each table (like yesterday) and the stash of stuff behind the two tables. This way you're not splitting up the stash and making people make two lines but just taking two people's orders at once. Just an idea! We still had fun and maybe drank a little too much

That's actually not bad at all! I'll definitely pass it along to the rest of the crew. Much appreciated!

Release was fun as usual. The best part was getting to sample Dreamsicle and wasting bottles early. Buddy was given this bottles to pour.... Seemed like the entire line came up to have a sample.

    Definitely enjoyed.

This seems like the SOP for their releases. They opened up like 6 bottles for the front of the line people on whaling day. Very cool, IMO.

Does anyone know what, if any, bottles they'll have for sale tomorrow?

We have very few left of Haboob, Orange Dreamcicle, + Every Gose Has Its Thorn. Also have a few bottles left of the BA Woodford's Reserve + Apple Brandy maple syrup.

SOLD OUT: Wasting Away, + Van Winkle maple syrup.

Haboob + OD will be sold out very soon. Gose, a few days later, tops.

I do! Was a big fan of the beers, but more importantly, good friends with the staff. There was an opening a few months back, + since most of the work I do at the moment is in Wynwood, + I spent most of my time at JWB, figured why not try + join the team. Thankfully, Jonathan + the fam decided it was a good idea.
