Red cushions #CIF travel path of the last 16 stops. Expected more of a web, but it appears the cushion backtracked on the same freeways of a few legs of the relay. Looks a bit like the national road system in the mid-XIX century. Some Northeastern stops are sitting on top of each other and hence not fully visible, apologies, couldn't tailor this any better. I was going to say West is not yet well represented, but that Central East pocket is also puzzling. Kicking off the next round later this week.
now that the law is passed, I may not shop for beer in pa again I can't wait to see what shows up at the bottle shops..

Lakewood Brewing Sin Mint Temptress: Ahhh, a definite want. I'm not usually a ticker, but Temptress is so good and this one sounds like one of the best. 18th Street/JK Collab Multifarious Oatmeal Stout. This sounds delicious! Off Color/Side Project/JK Collab Intersection of Species Farmhouse with Oranges and Tangerines. Very much looking forward to all of these. Ranger Creek Dry Hopped Berliner Weisse. Perfect for the upcoming summer. Blue Owl Professor Black Sour Cherry Stout: Enjoyed one of these tonight. Very good stuff. Looking forward to sharing the other can with some locals. Family shot. Next round of #CIF (Cushion It Forward) is here, as is this standard language: Invite list: Obviously anyone in the Newbie BIF is encouraged to participate. I'll open this up to lurkers as well. The only requirement is at least 5 trades and 100% feedback. In the spirit of the Newbie BIF anyone with less than 5 trades or with less than 100% feedback is welcome to join with a veteran sponsor. Veteran lurkers are also welcome. I will ask that you only sign up if you are committed to keeping the #CIF going. The beer: In an effort to keep the #CIF moving along I'm going to limit the beer to a 6-8 bottle shipper with a range of 100 oz. to 152 oz. of 85+ Rated beer, or 4.1+ rAvg if there are too few scores for a rating. Beer must be from outside your target's distribution. How it works: If you want a chance at these red chair cushions all you have to do is send me a BM titled "#CIF I'm in!". Include your name, full shipping address (work or home?), phone number, email address, and your Untappd name (optional). Let me know about any shipping date restrictions and style preferences. I'm going to close signups at 6PM EST on Sunday, May 29th. Rather than announce the recipient I will ninja the box out. The lucky BA who is surprised by Chad's cushions will add their BA handle and location to the cushions with a permanent marker. At this point the sign ups will start over and anyone who hasn't received the #CIF box is eligible. If we get to a point where no one signs up then @MTKATL becomes the target by default. Good luck!
@MTKATL and I worked up a little trade for some nice sour beers to get through the first wave of heat of the interminable southern summer, and here are the goodies he sent me. Box going out hopefully tomorrow and he'll get to enjoy some refreshing Austin lovelies!
Small #CIF entry correction - I've been made aware that @pnelting is the default #CIF recipient in case no one signs up. I flunked the CIF history test here. Have takers already, so this will not be applicable, but for the benefit of future rounds, pnelting kicked off this whole thing on the 3rd round back in Oct'15. Yo @beatjunkee where in VA are you from? I'm originally from Richmond. Went to VT and then moved down here to Texas a couple years ago. Good to see someone slinging some badass VA stuff. BTW you should go check out The Veil if you have a chance, I've been super impressed with their stuff so far.
Anyone going to the Nelsonville Music Festival next weekend? I think I'll be around all weekend. Probably hit JOs in Athens at least once as well if anyone is in need of some goodies
