What the shit. Can we add some Citra to one of those bad boys, can it, and at least pretend?

Supa Dupa Fly and Stone Kisses were fantastic when I stopped in on Saturday. Really hope to see both around for a long time.

Also, thought Monkish would be pretty empty with all the other events in South Bay this past weekend. Nooooope.

Yeah, that was my thought, but it was packed. Supa Dupa was very good, but I actually enjoyed One Life. One Love a tad more. Stone Kisses was great.

I was there yesterday around 5pm and it was pretty busy. A lot of people still lingering at closing. Very nice vibe there lately. When I got there the only in house bottle that was sold out was Boysenberry but then Peaches sold out around 6pm.

Apparently they originally considered bottling Stone Kisses but felt that if they bottled it and let it condition for 3+ weeks the fruit would fall off. Instead it's all on draft now (draft version is force carbed). I like that they are being very thoughtful in what they are doing. Not going for the bottle/can sales just because. We might see growler fills for Stone Kisses.

Excited to give these a try tomorrow. I assume Monkish only fills their own glass?

I've only had Supa Dupa and One Life out of the cans but I prefered One Life by a wide margin. There was something strange about Supa Dupa to me. Couldn't put my finger on it.

Monkish was packed saturday afternoon when I was there. We barely found parking when we arrived. Smog City was packed as well.
Of the ones I tried, Stone Kisses was my favorite from Monkish.

I was told on my last visit last week that they had enough bottles of Vellichor to last till the end of the month, dont know if that has changed since this weekend.

Fingers crossed for growler fills of Stone Kisses. Would be all over that.

They fill their own, plus blank swing top growlers for an additional $2 charge. I believe they'll put tape over other brewery's logos too (same $2 charge as blanks).
