Barrel Aged Gubna sounds awesome. Anyone know what kind of barrels?

 

Awesome festival!!! Was really let down by exponential hoppiness though, however, the word is that the keg was mishandled. Hopefully, I will get a chance to try it again.

 

Hoping it lives up to the hype since I have 2 bottles coming this week.

 

Yeah, Expo was pretty much hop slurry. Mine came out a chunky green puree and settled into a massive amount of sediment in my glass.

 

I didn't think Expo was bottled anymore... the last batch was ~3 months ago?

 

I thought the same thing but was told they bottled a batch recently.

 

It was available in bottles this last week.

There's a shot of the Exponential Hoppiness firkin and the hoppy, swamp water that was pouring out of it. Still tasted decent and they weren't taking tickets for a pour. Fun event this weekend. Hope to do it again next year.
