I enjoyed the can I opened tonight more than the one I opened last week. Now I have find the time to drink the SSMS, all 3 OH beers from this weekend and Oscillation 004 before they leave their prime.

Being an NYC beer drink really sucks.

I'm enjoying the future perfect but I wish there was a bit more of a berry presence. I think the hops come through, maybe the berries needed to not be as "De Garde in your face" so that the hops would show up?

No, you are not. I've had two cans so far, and noticed it in both. Very slight, and didn't stop me from enjoying the beer, but that flavor is definitely there.

My first can had a slight off taste.
Actually, immediately reminded me of a few Tired Hands Alien Church cans I had from a bad diacetyl batch. Not nearly as bad but there slightly. My second can though was perfect and tasted amazing.

I was "lucky" enough to get one of those alien church cans as well, could barely drink it. This was very faint, though probably fresher than the tired hands can.

Completely agree. I drain poured those Alien Church cans. This was no where near that, Forcefield was still enjoyable. But I did get it slightly and def reminded of those TH cans all be it in subdued amounts.

It still boggles my mind that people go mad chasing down cans and cans of their IPA and almost ignore their sours.

Fine by me. Dry hopped sours are a ridiculously underappreciated style. Leave all your future bottles of Rainbow Dome on the shelf for me. . .

picked up a few Future Perfects but im not a sour fan. FP was nicely balanced and not crazy tart. Ill probably still give my remaining 2 bottles to friends who prefer the style.

Let's hope this keeps on happening! Grimm's sour bottles are a reason to live.

I really enjoyed finding bottles of Vacay sprinkled throughout the city. Gonna be good drinking for me this summer

Yeah, I think Union dropped off a second delivery of Vacay the week after the can release. I bought a bunch at Whole Foods.

Im having another can now and getting strong butter aroma and taste. this can has been cold then hot then cold so that prob has a lot to do with it.

Considering that they are sent to distributors and then retail stores this may effect the taste.

The only solution is for Grimm to open a brewery to open or a tørst like taproom.
