if its a 5 hour notice, you still wont get one as everyone will be there with a friend or two haha

Allotments are always determined by turnout. I think cory has a clean record making sure that everyone who is there gets a bottle, which is pretty amazing.

I get that, but kriek would be probably around 600-800 bottles or so. I think if he gave a 5 hr notice, there would be that many people in line by then. I was there for Bleuet and there was about 500 on a holiday weekend with 3 hr notice. I would he would do the same for Kriek .

That was likely due (mostly) to the holiday weekend. I was there in December for the Bretta Sang/Biere Du Pays release which had several days (maybe more than one week) of notice and there were 300-400 in line on a Saturday the week before Christmas. If this release has a five hour notice window on a Wednesday, I think there won't be too many people in line.

A fruited Fermier release would be packed with a 5 hour notice, Bleuet du Fermier was with only a couple hours notice.

Was in from out of town, so I got to go to the cellar for the first time this weekend. What an awesome place.

FYI, where is the Side Project Cellar located? Cryptic enough, or too easy?

I am trying to get the complete set of SP 375ml Fruits.

Anyways I all of them but Thicket, Blanc de Blancs, and Blueberry Flanders. I know La Fosse is supposed to be the next fruit to drop but does anyone know if the 3 I have left to get are supposed to drop any time soon? Within the year maybe?

@coryking you willing to give any input?

La Fosse will be later this summer/fall.
I am picking up grapes for Blanc de Blancs this harvest, but refermentation will last into the early part of 2017 and with bottle conditioning, we are probably a year away from the re-release of it.
Thicket and Blueberry - I currently do not have either in the works as I am trying to just move everything out of Perennial and get it moved to our own brewery.

    Cheers,
