I had an excellent visit to Kalamazoo earlier. Picked up 12 bottles at the General Store this morning. $10.40 per six or $38.50 per case. What a steal! If you can make the trip, I highly recommend buying these bottles cheaper in the General Store. Then go inside Eccentric Cafe and have the Traverse City Whiskey Expedition and the Traverse City Whiskey Coffee Consecrator Dopplebock. The jambalaya was pretty damn good too.

Wegmans in King of Prussia, PA received their shipment yesterday. $22.99 for a six pack...yikes!

Wow, what a joke. I love this beer, but that is more than double what I paid here ($10.99).

I was shocked. I've never seen prices that high at Wegmans for a sixer.

Just curious, you say anything about it? Stores do make mistakes with invoices, UPCs and prices and whatnot. Maybe they automatically listed it in line with hopslam prices by mistake.

I didn't end up buying it so I didn't say anything. I did buy Hopslam at the same place and it wasn't even that expensive.

    Same price at Collegeville Wegmans.
    It's not worth it.

I was going to purchase a six at Wegman's in Easton and when I saw the price at the register I put it back. WTF Wegman's?

It's the one beer in the whole department that didn't have a price listed. I scored a bottle from a friend and it's good but not worth $22.99 for a sixer.

Saw it for $22.99 yesterday as well at the Allentown Wegmans, so not a mistake apparently

The shelf price in some areas of Louisiana is $7.99 for a sixer.

Picked up a 6 at binny's in Chicago, stuff is amazing! $10.99 and they had cases! Just seemed like a normal release they had so much.

I have a feeling they marked it with the UPC of Hopslam, because Wegmans is usually pretty reasonable.

Except that they were selling Hopslam for 19.99

Well that is a head scratcher. Wegman's generally isn't in the business of making huge mark up off of customers. There must be some error.

Hell I was buying 4 packs of Rubaeus for 5.99 until they realized it was priced incorrectly (To be fair, I thought they were pricing it off of the new cube, which still doesn;t make sense.)

They fixed their price to $12.99.

Sucks to be anyone that paid $22.99 for it.

Anyone who paid 22.99 should be ashamed of themselves.
