Talked to a buddy who owns a liquor store in Washington, and he said it means TG must have a COA in Washington. But then again Tavour mainly does shipping, and France 44 will ship pretty much anything into Washington.

I have had several. Thought it was actually really great - one of the better TG offerings in a while. Very "soft" mouthfeel, great hop presence, plus the lower ABV of Sue as opposed to King Sue. One of my favorites. Actually, I think the recent batch of Sosus was spectacular and the Zealander is really good too. Last few releases have been great in my opinion.

5/16 Pseudo Sue cans and 5/17 Sol Hunter bombers in Green Bay at numerous locations.
Many places still have their special taps from the last week's Green Bay Craft Beer Week too -- so it's a good time to be up here!

Had one last night and it was pretty great. Soft mouthfeel, massive citra presence, and it just slid right down.

Picked up some DDH Sue last night, had a bottle right away and it was great! Really reminded me of what I expect from Sue, great nose and great flavor. Zee on tap was also outstanding! Glad I made the trip down yesterday. Also heading there Friday for the cacaus, should be a fun time, hopefully the firkins last until we get there!

I assume 7G got scared by the infection rumors and traded all their BCBS variants for it.

Anyone know when DDH Sue will hit distro in MN?

Stopped by the taproom this evening in the hopes of getting some bottles of DDH Psuedosue. Missed them by about an hour. In fact, there wasn't a single bottle of anything for sale. They had Psue and Dorothy cans for about $2 more than store prices and were only allowing growler fills on about half the taps. I realize that they have a lot of markets to serve and they're doing their best to keep up while looking forward but, it's frustrating to not be able to take home much of anything. On another note, we listened to a customer ask the tap tender about one of the offerings and she described it as "tastes kinda like baby food". Yup.
On the plus side, the beers we had were great. Fresh Zeelander was absolutely top notch and we got to try the Saison that they put on. Very good, straight forward example. A little sweet but it's a clean sweetness, no lingering around.

I was in last night and they had both Sue and Pompeii available for growlers. Those are arguably their two best core beers.

That's why I still haven't made it out there. I've got a free day tomorrow and it's going to be rainy in the Twin Cities so I figured I'd run down with the wife and maybe pick up something unique. But Nope, they release the unique stuff mid week and it sells out before the weekend. Saw the rumors that the Galaxy Sue might be ready, but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. It'll probably drop next Tuesday or something that doesn't jive with my schedule. Oh well.

Looked at the web site, 6 of their 8 beers on tap where available for growler fills.

Close. It was 5 of 9. At least that's what it was in the taproom. Not sure how many they were filling on their website

I'm going strictly by what website said as I won't be at taproom until tonight. They rarely allow beers that aren't the core line up to have growler fills.

Really?? That's kinda crazy, since JBros distribution footprint covers all of Iowa that they'd be OK with a distro agreement for Eastern Iowa going to another distributor. JBros (from what I've heard) paid a good deal of money to TG to get the distro rights.

To be fair to TG, the reason they won't have DDH Sue available today for out of state folks to come buy something "unique" is a direct result of the fact that they're distributing some of this batch to Minnesota.
