    Color looks way off for Nelson. If it truly is Nelson, the age obviously had an effect on it. I'm sorry your trip didn't pan out. F**k, I miss that beer.

    Typically don't like any type of wheat beer (bought sixer for the wife) but this is manageable. Appearance is disgusting, though.

    Time to numb the pain of my failure to hit the board in my age group running my first post knee surgery 5k this morning. I wasn't too far off the pace and ran well for the conditions with a 70 degree dew point, but I'm competitive and know I can do much better. While the knee feels great, my conditioning sucks from the months long layoff and too much imbibing adding on over 10 pounds.:angry: I'm going to enjoy the holiday weekend and start my conditioning program next week. My personal failure aside, it was for a great cause raising money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

    Yeah, f**k going light. This is more my speed. Isn't she gorgeous? Speaking of gorgeous, I'm hoping Simona Halep makes a run at the French Open title. I've always had a love affair with women's tennis, and Simona is my favorite player at present. I say that as I sit here drinking Captain's Daughter in my "Halepeno" Adidas shirt. Let's get larrrrrrrge.

    Surprised you came out with that one! Yes, not bad, not bad. I'm actually glad Simona elected to have surgery. It changed her whole career. Now she's a legitimate contender every time out.
