    Anyone seen this traded recently?

Nope. It was a super low bottle count that was only served at special events or gifted to some distribution guys and big account stores. It was never for sale to the general public. Pretty much anyone who still has a bottle is not going to trade it.

And by big account stores, I mean to the store owner.

Every and any beer is tradable for the right offer. I bet you could land one but it might take more than just a good/limited seasonal. I think the fact that there doesn't seem to be any "hype" surrounding this beer weighs strongly in your favor. Yes, it's limited but there haven't seemed to be too many ISO's for it so perhaps the few who do have a bottle may not hang on to it with the whale death grip.

Although, it may be a challenge to find someone who has tried it AND has a bottle they are willing to trade. Pure speculation but I'm assuming most people who do have a bottle have not tried it yet since it was a low count.

You basically outlined why this beer won't trade. There is zero hype around it (except for a half a dozen threads after the release of LC2) and it's not super highly rated. The bottle is worth more to those who have it than what anyone would realistically offer for it. And as you said, very few people got more than just 1 bottle. So if they have held on to their 1 bottle, they would be VERY reluctant to trade it. Even for some walezbro.

OP - if you really want this beer, you're best bet is to try and find a generous BA who still has one and is willing to share with you when they open it.

Thanks for all of the insight. I actually have a bottle and was just curious...looking to get a feel on if it is even worth trading, and what might be reasonable to ask for in return.

    Cheers!

With this beer, I really think it'll come down to finding the right trader. Not that this isn't a very rare and good beer, there's just doesnt seem to be a lot of interest in it. Good luck to you both! Cheers!

Had this same issue when I offered a Double Oaked Kate the Great FT. If there is no "hype" and multiple ISO posts offering crazy combo's or huge 1 for 1's, you probably won't get many offers containing bottles you are looking for in comparison of what the bottle is worth in your eyes. Good luck though OP!

I traded a KH for one quite a while back as a reference point. I was ISO recently because I drank the first one, but didn't get any bites.

Edit - just saw this was an old post brought back from the dead.
