The next LIF is here, my way of saying thanks for the 2nd place box I got from @blassor LIF question: In his documentary TV show, a famed beer writer had just one episode filmed in the States, where he hang out for over a day with the owner and employees of a certain brewery – what is the name of that brewery? Hint: this TV show is quite old and ran for one season in the UK, Belgium and US. LIF tiebreaker: Before I much about craft beer, I went to Belgium on a non-beer related trip and was blown away to discover extremely strong ales and ended up having a bunch of them. However, after that trip, it sadly took me years to get back into better beer. What year did I go to Belgium? Will close this Fri late evening. Separately, CIF box is heading east. The winner was chosen at random and did not have many wants that overlapped with my stash, but hoping they will still be pleased.

yea.. MJ was the (obvious) person, so it was just a matter of getting some answer in early; i haven't seen the show, but gleaned what i could out of a skim of the documentary -- then had a meeting to rush off to. ..at least my 'airball'/'swing-and-a-miss' brought amusement to someone's day =P
Any of you Pennsylvania dudes gonna have extra bottles of the Forest and Main release this weekend? I'm interested after seeing the styles and hearing y'all say good things about the brewery.
